LOVING WHERE YOU'RE AT MONDAY

Today is a simple 'Loving where you're at'

My 2 year old Henry has become very fond of praying.  At night before bed we pray with him, He chooses the people he prays for, which is very special and sometimes surprising.  His little bed, with it's blue and white stars and rocket ships is his place for prayer. His little bed, where his teddy bear sleeps, is his place to meet with God. Now, when he gets in it, even if it's not bedtime, he begins to shout out names to me and I realize, he is ready to pray.  What a beautiful, universal, biblical concept, that anywhere you are, you can meet with God.  Even a little rocket ship bed.

Today's Reflection:
What a wonderful God you are that you will meet with anyone, anywhere. Thank you, for your omnipresence.

'Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.  If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.  If I say, "Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me," even the darkness will not  be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you.'
-Psalm 139: 7-12
